Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the readyIn.ai website and any AI automation, Codex automation, AI ready assessment, workflow audit, consulting, implementation, support, or related service provided by readyIn.ai. By using the website, booking a meeting, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
readyIn.ai provides professional services that may include automation audits, workflow analysis, implementation planning, Claude sub-agent design, Codex automation, MCP integrations, scheduled workflows, documentation, training, and support. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and acceptance criteria will be described in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, access to required systems, and authority to use the materials and data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, approving production use, maintaining appropriate permissions, and confirming that your use of AI automation complies with your internal policies and applicable laws.
AI outputs and review
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected outputs. readyIn.ai designs workflows with context, tests, review points, and failure behavior, but you remain responsible for final business decisions and use of outputs. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, our services are not legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, or security advice.
Fees and payment
Fees are due according to the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Implementation work may require upfront payment or staged payments. Monthly optimization, support, or maintenance services renew according to the agreed schedule unless cancelled under the terms of the agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your pre-existing materials, data, brand assets, and confidential information. readyIn.ai retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, and reusable components. Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables created for you may be used by you for your internal business purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties may receive confidential information during a project. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the relationship. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, readyIn.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to that claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
