readyIn.ai provides AI automation, Codex automation, AI ready assessments, workflow audits, and implementation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, book a meeting, contact us, or work with us on an automation project.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information such as your name, email address, company name, role, website, and calendar details when you submit an inquiry or book a call through Cal.com. We may also collect business workflow information that you voluntarily provide during an automation audit, including process descriptions, tool names, documents, examples, metrics, screenshots, requirements, and operational goals.

During implementation, we may receive limited access to systems, files, repositories, databases, communication tools, or customer operations material only when needed to deliver the agreed service. We collect technical information such as browser type, IP address, device information, referral URL, and usage logs through hosting, analytics, and security providers.

How we use information

If a project requires connecting to your business systems, we will agree on access scope before implementation. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to share the data and grant access needed for the project.
